1. Return Policy

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from our website. The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.  


2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:  

The item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.  

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery  or as stated on your invoice (non-EU).  

Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.  


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:  

Personalized/custom-made stationery.  

Items damaged due to customer misuse.  

Sealed products where hygiene is a concern (e.g., ink cartridges).  


4. initiate a return:

2. Return the item(s) to our address (provided upon request) at your own cost, unless the return is due to our error.  


5. Refund Methods 

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).  


6. Damaged or Defective Items  

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence.
